I'm sure it was enjoyed by attendees but not much appreciated by those of us up North who were left with a Vintage Cup stripped of vendors and attendees. Conpetition is an American tradition, but dirty tricks are dirty tricks, no matter the source.

I doubt that it was a "dirty trick"; more like a stupid move.
Given how very few real attendees there were, I'd be amazed if they were to try it again. At least they won't try it in conflict with the Vintagers.
