This Sauer just came available on a private sale. It is described as having 27/28" barrels, F/M, DT, Extractors, 98% case color & blue.
It looks to be a Model 60 perhaps? I see no cocking indicators. He is asking $1050.00 which may be a fair price? Any advice will be much appreciated! These are the only pictures I have.
Cheers, John

Would like a bit closer view, but looks like a Model 60 to me. I'd say that price is pretty decent for a 16ga. About the only issue I've ever seen with the W. German-made Model 60's is that the wood will sometimes raise up right where it contacts the receiver. Don't know if it's a case of bad fit, wood that maybe wasn't dry enough, or something else. I also find, personally, that Model 60's often have just a little too much drop for me.

I agree on the drop -- I think I'll buy it but will have to make a modification to raise the comb by 1/4"
Cheers, John
