Anyone know a source for an upper barrel 20 ga ejector for a Valmet 412?

2holer, I assume you have exhausted all the usual suspects (Gun Parts, etc.). Someplace I have a list of sources for Valmet parts and when I dig it up, I'll PM it to you. There is a guy on the "Drilling and Combination Gun" forum on www.graybeardoutdoors.com that was formerly a Valmet distributor, and I'll PM you his handle and email if I can find it. Parts are hard, but not impossible, to find. Fortunately the things don't break often.

2holer, you should also look at the site www.marocchiarms.com and see if there is a customer service number or email where you could inquire about the part you need. Marocchi makes the Tikka 512, the current iteration of the Valmet 412.

Somebody else on Graybeard Outdoors suggests you try a Valmet 333 20 guage ejector if you can't find a 412. Worth a look, but I find 333 parts are just as hard to find as any Valmet part, and the 20s are harder to find than the 12s. Good luck with Marocchi.

I bought some Valmet parts from Don Shrum year ago, maybe his successor, Jeff's Outfitters might have some, worth a try anyway,

Thanks. Numerich doesn't have anything under 333 either. I'll try the other leads.

Russ at doublegunhq had the parts I needed for the receiver, but said 20 gauge barrels haven't been made since Valmet. The Italian version 512 is all but identical to the 412. He also emailed me a schematic. If anyone wants I can email it to you.
