Ed, they're making a living thanks to our patronage. If we only hear the good side on BB's such as this one, that makes it kinda hard to avoid making potentially expensive mistakes. Seems to me if we're going to hear opinions, we ought to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly.

My wife and I travel a fair bit in our work. I asked Nancy her thoughts years ago of why people are always good to us. Is it because we're old? I said. No, she said. "It's because we're polite." In civil conversation, I believe anything goes, any question, as long as it's apparent we're not seeking an advantage or being mean or mischievous. People like to be asked questions so they can be of help.
