In 1996 I purchased an Arrieta 570 12-ga. 2-bbl. set directly from them, five years later a cocking lever spring broke, I contacted Arrieta and they sent me a new one plus two spares at N/C. In 2008, a firing pin broke--they sent me a new one plus a couple of extras at N/C. When a local gunsmith replaced the firing pin he unfortunately buggered the disk set striker holes, again I contacted Arrieta and they sent me a couple of new disks, once again at N/C. Recently I purchased another Arrieta locally, this one a near mint, but used 20-ga. 570 RB. So now I'm looking to purchase a quality fitted leather case for the 20 and will need an Arrieta trade label to go inside the case. Knowing that Arrieta recently changed their house label design I contacted them via e-mail to inquire about purchasing one. Well, you guessed it, in yesterday's mail a new Arrieta black leather trade label arrived with a note stating N/C.
I can't stand all this service! The good folks at Arrieta
really know how to take care of their customers.
