At any rate it is first class as I would expect from him and if it's not his work it is still top shelf! As for the grade of wood vs grade of the gun - I have a Fox D in my shop with original wood that looks very close in quality. In fact the one I have is probably a little nicer. A H Fox used some pretty nice wood on their guns as a rule Anyway, I'd like to own a D as nice as that one! Doug Mann
