Although the bulletin board is not very heavily used, as DGM states, the historical database that John has worked hard to put together is very substantial and worth what is effectively not a very large amount of money. If you have a general interest in guns and their history, it is well worth it, and even more useful if you own one or more guns where you want some history to their maker.
