No luck Cameron. The part on this one is a casting and has a round hole where yours has a rectangular one.

I'd be inclined to fire up the dremel tool and drill small holes for screws.

Thanks Shotgun for your efforts!

I'm thinking for the time being, I'll clamp the two pieces together, and use some epoxy to build up the area on the outside where the two broken seams are. After that putting in a couple small screws may be a good way to go.

I'd like to get the machine through the winter trap/skeet season. At that point a replacement might be in order.

Hi Cameron:

You may wish to attempt to weld it. I have done plastic welding with a hot air gun with a filler rod. I have also done plastic welding with a hot iron and filler rod. Both methods workded very well!

After welding, one may dress the weld to fit or to just look nice. Of course your filler should be the same type of material as the base material. Some times one may take material from a part of the device that does not need it.

The idea of placing small pins or screws prior to welding may be very helpful.
