Mark, Ken is a friend, brings in some interesting stuff. Verney Caron .600 Nitro doubles among them. I get to handle this stuff occasionally when he comes to a local show. I can't afford it, but it is fun to wave around. He has sold a raft of .577 and .600 Nitro guns around this area to guys who want to be properly equipped when they go to Africa. The good thing is that these guns will be on the market when these young guys bite the dust. Larry Friedman, the guy on the gunbroker site, works very closely with Ken. Bill Murphy

Barrel length is the same as the Merkel double rifle model 141. The problem with longer barrels is the overall weight and balance. Mathelon makes the only triple rifle in this price range in the world and is just a really fun gun to use.
