I had the chance to pick it up and take a few pictures. Thought I'd share them. I do have a few questions but my better half is anxious to get out the door so I have to run. I'll have to ask them later.

This picture came out a lot browner than they look naturally.

Let me know what you guys think of this 31 1/2 inch heavy barreled 10 Gauge 1886 W & C Scott & Son Double. I could not be happier, but am willing to listen to see if there are things to worry about. I will have it looked over when I get a chance.

Probably a meaningless observation, but that is a different Laminated Steel pattern from the other 5 W & C Scott barrels (including hOjO's) at the end of this album

When our Brit buddies find the English Damascus Rosetta Stone, we'll know what they were called, and esp. which one is "English machine-forged 3 rod Laminated steel", winner of the 1891 Birmingham Proof House trial
I'm mostly guessing here

I dont know, I think it looks exactly like the second to last picture in the link you posted. If you scroll all the way down, the last one on the left looks like it matches the pattern in mine.

I love the forend release, the way the hinge pin screws are sculpted to match the contour of the action and the way the rib meets the standing breech(the little curve on the top) awesome.

I knew it was 1886, just typing too fast for my brain to catch up!

I think I got a deal at what I paid for it!

Remington40X, you and I are practically neighbors. I am in Holland. I read all the old post about W & C Scott & Son doubles and me thinks you may have fondled this one at Quinby's back in the summer. LOL!

On the bottom of the both barrels just to the left of the "Not for Ball" stamp is the number/letter combinations 10B over 11M. I'm assuming the 10B means 10 Bore or gauge, what exactly does the 11M signify?
