Does anyone know who can replace or sleeve a .410 barrel? Do you have any Idea what this will cost? I would appreciate any information.

Sorry, I had to leave yesterday after I posted. The gun is an Iver Johnson Skeeter, 26" barrels.
I live near Lowell MA. Thanks, Pete

I'd start with Kirk Merrington in TX, but it might be cheaper to buy another gun just to cannibalize the barrels.

Thanks,
I will call Kirk Merrington. Have you seen the prices on the IJ Skeeters lately?

Unfortunately, the "price" of a sleeved Skeeter will not be quite up to the price of a high condition original. What exactly is wrong with the Skeeter in question?

I meant the price of a Skeeter would make it too high to buy one and cannbalize the barrels as "Replacement" suggested. As to what happened to the barrels, its a long story, but let me say, i've ruined the barrel myself due to a couple of stupid mistakes. The right barrel is now bulged about two inches from the muzzle and the bore is also rusted and damaged by tool marks. Pete

Skeeters aren't cheap, but the barrels don't have to come from a Skeeter. Sleeving and rebarreling with new tubes is not cheap, either.
