I have this gun disassembled all but the top lever. Top lever doesn't have the screw in top. How do I remove lever?

Sometimes, if there's the slightest bit of up/down play you can tug at something and feel approximately where it's catching at. I'd try that and then look for some type of pin hidden in the deep recesses of the action (the better to confound and amaze the masses). Just an educated guess, worth every cent paid for!
