Wow! Pictures, pictures.

Do any of yours have a gold or silver design on them. I would describe the one on my Scott as a Fleur-de-lis cross. The most common I see are the “Star-of-David”.

PS Bring those coiled brass loads to Vegas I plan on being there.

No Snakes that I can see, I would like to see a picture of one. The two cartridges are packed with the other ammo for Vegas.

Since we're on the topic of Scotts, check out this boxlock:

[/url]

It's a 12g I ran across a few years ago. It's a model that doesn't appear in any of the W. & C. Scott or Webley & Scott catalogs that I've seen.

Grade wise, it's a step up from a Reliance (the model shown in their catalogs as the top-of-the-line A&D gun).

A friend of mine has seen another of these, so we know it's not a one off.

Has anyone else ever seen one?

Nice gathering of Scotts, thanks for sharing. My Scott with the gold cross is serial No. 41424. If I remember correctly this gun sold for about $300 in 1887.

414XX...Do we have a "Pair"?

That was close! Years ago I showed my Smith & Wesson K-32 to a friend who had one, turned out they were consecutive serial numbered. We decided what one was worth flipped a coin and I lost so sold mine to him. Relieved I won’t be loosing my Scott, we need to find 41425.
