You might enjoy East Prussian & Finnish scenes in Volker Schlondorff's 'The Ogre' from Kino Video.

Gee, I don't know. The conservative right does not subscribe to: science, fun,....They just want a Christian Fundamentalist State and a good supply of prune juice!

I think I will settle down to "The Shooting Party" tonight with something medium priced, liquid, and brown.

Well, that must leave me in the clear, because I enjoy science, fun, hate prune juice, prefer my grape juice fermented, and certainly don't want a Christian fundamentalist state (although if forced to choose, would prefer it to a Muslim fundamentalist state--if you guys don't think Christian fundamentalists are fun, you should go live with Muslims for a couple years!)

Of course to stereotype the liberal, secular humanist left . . . they want to outlaw marriage, take away your guns, and put Hillary in the White House--none of which sounds like much fun to me.

Actually I would fit into Christian Fundamentalist State rather nicely, I lived under totaliterian communist regime for 13 years of my life. H..., I don't lead alternate lifestyle and wouldn't mind saying a prayer before starting my working day. They can sensor the media, because I don't care for negative news, violence and sex on tv, radio,..., so no problemo. They would bring order into this chaos called Democracy.

BigBang/smallwhimper for us huh Ted. We sure take the long view for guys who haven't even passed 3 score 10! And we know as much about it as Pete, which is of course zip. Can we get back to the Niagara River now? And MY Charlin barrels are XXVIII, that's XXV plus III, and it's 12 gauge which is 12 big balls rather than 28 tiny ones, so quite raggin on me about overlight guns. Anybody wanna do some fat sparrows with a doily over their head?

I never cared for those French "breech sliders", too afraid it would pop open into my eye!

More likely take out the web between your thumb and forefinger assuming the breech block didn't blow off the ways. Gas and brass in your eye perhaps. I'm told the toggle becomes more secure under pressure but am also told that the toggle lever has been known to rise upon firing. My grey flannel suit era model appears to function as designed. I'm very glad that I have it to enjoy and you don't have it to worry about, PaulJ.
