For a good dealer to stay in business he must have many more happy folks than sad.
That might be true in a small town but not in the internet world of Gun Dealers.

Your point is valid...it is NOT the case here. I did not want to go this route but the dealer would not come around to doing what is right. So now...instead of me getting my money back, I am warning others how I was dealt with.
I have answered over 125 emails about this and replied to each and every one. Several knew the dealer and were surprised, some knew the dealer and were not as they had a similiar experience as I.

there isn't anywhere in the US where you can't just get in the car and drive to a gun show. Please come to the Des Moines gun shows and show us where all the quality Schuetzen Ballards and Winchesters are hiding and under what table lurks the better 19th century English doubles, or even where a servicable LC, Lefever, or Parker might be hanging out. Finding one such gun in 20 gun shows would be a good average. Now if you need a new AR or a Ruger #1, okay. But a REAL gun? Not here. Brent
