I visited a Gun shop in Glen Bernie Md this weekend. They had what appeared to be a straight stocked parker with 32’ barrels. My heart started to beat a little faster as the case colors appeared to be nice and bright and the wood looked to be fine when viewed across the counter in the gun rack. I asked to look at it and was passed the Gun. The first thing I noticed was the gun was too light. It is much lighter feeling than my old Trojan. This appeared to be a new gun with Parker Bros Meridian Connecticut on the top rib. There was no other indication of where it came from. The wood while a very good piece of lumber was a horrible fit
It was much too proud to the metal on one side and proud and dipping below the metal on the other. The metal machining on the bottom of the floor plate did not look right to me and there was something funny about the case colors. The recoil Pad was not made with good rubber material Who is making these? Has anyone had some experience with these guns?
