I've got S/N 27746 (1882) in 10 gauge, marked similarly, except it has a rounded frame with no shoulders, and there are no dogs on the lockplates. Its engraving seems a little finer (smaller) than the one in your pictures. Has the same words engraved in the same way on the locks and frame. On rib has engraved: "W & C Scott & Son Makers and Patentees 10 Gt. Castle Street Regent Circus London". Condition is good, with fairly uniform coverage of faded case colors on the lockplates. Damascus pattern is very visible but slightly worn. Shoots well. If anybody can comment on this one I'd be interested.
