I'm still waiting on my RBL 20 gauge to be returned from CSM. After waiting two years, the gun arrived with several issues. They have had it back now for almost two months to address the issues. I recently bought aa AYA in a different gauge. I think Tony can make a good gun. If it were me I would look AYA, Garbi, Grulla, etc. and probably not the Uggie. I do like the RBL 28 looks better than the 20s. Not as easy a choice as builder layed out, to me at least.

Joshua, the Ugartechea is a lot of gun for the money. Have you looked at the AyA 4/53 classic Cabelas has? It is in the same price range. Shooting Sportsman just reviewed it in their November / December issue.

I've seen one, but not handled one. Defintely interested though.

The real appeal to the uggie is the custom stock...

Custom stock dimensions are very attractive. Nothing is more disappointing than purchasing a gun that doesn't shoot where you look. The hand checkering is also a nice touch on the Ugartecheas.

Buy what you want and take to Glen @ Woodcock Hill and have him bend it.

To each his own. I just got a beautiful case colored grade V Uggie 28ga with 29" barrels like new in the box for 2500, I don't 'get' the RBL thing.

I just went down to the safe to measure the stock of the RBL for another thread. I looked at the gun and commented to myself how good it looked with its new case coloring.

They back their guns in my experience. I sent it back for chips in the forearm that I thought it had been delivered with. Lou took it back at the Connecticut show and said he would take care of it. They did! They made a new matching forearm for it. When I got it back and put the new forearm on the barrels (without the receiver) to put it back in its case I realized I was pushing it on the hook in the wrong place (an easy mistake on this gun) and caused the chips in the wood. I am sure Tony knew it too but just made a new one and mailed it back to me. No questions asked.

So many guns, so little time!
