I mean no cynicism, but rare are cartridges worth selling in quantities less than 20 imo. Even rarer are those worth selling shipping etc in quantities less than 10 (or 5)

I was thinking that perhaps those old custom reloads with the unusual bullet weight (286 gr.?) in an old box marked 30-40 KRAG supplied by a small custom reloading company no longer in business might be worth a little more to a collector,

I doubt it. But again just my answer to the posted question. Good luck. 286 gr is standard for a 9.3

Liverwort posted the following link https://ammo.com/rifle/9.3x72mm-rimmed-ammo which shows Sallier & Bellot supplying 9.3x72 rimmed ammo with 193 and 200 gr. bullets

Marks 21,
As a loader of various 9.3 calibers, I always recommend against currently available jacketed 286gr bullets for 9.3x72R. These bullets are intended for the more powerful 9.3s, such as 9.3 x 57/62/64/ or 74R. The jackets are much thicker than the special "express type" bullets that are useable in the varying groove diameter barrels of 9.3x72R rifles. Additionally, they are too long for the barrel twist rate of the more modern of the rifles. I didn't make this comment at first because the original poster didn't say the bullets were jacketed and some of the older rifles did use heavier cast or swaged lead bullets.

The bullets are jacketed. Bullet diameter is 0.365". The cases have LC 63 NM stamped on the end.

They were in the case with the Gotthilf v. Nordheim Drilling proofed in 1907 that I sold.

Those cases are Military 30-06 National Match, a preferred case for custom loaders because they are excellent cases, don't have crimped in primers, and if you have a source, they were cheap.
