Most likely will require minor fitting but in general yes. There were not two different frames for graded and non graded guns on the butt stock. Fore end wood is different due to the latch.

It most likely won't look pretty but with some acraglass it will be functional. I once had stockmaker take a buttstock off of a graded gun to put on another graded gun and there were gaps of up to 1/32 in a couple of places. He could make it work, but lovely wasn't going to a word used when describing it. The old saying "Looks good from far but far from good" applied.
