T. Toni Roma - TTR seems to be a high end but short lived gun shop in Rome circa 1860s/1870s, specializing in early breechloaders. Nowadays they are mostly noted for Sharps-type, rim fire, four barrel pistols. An uncommon longgun by TTR: https://image.invaluable.com/housePhotos/czernyintl/33/421533/H2672-L43503980.jpgCheers, Jani

Jani, thanks for the history and the picture of a different type from T. Toni. Steve , the forend latch does appear similar to the Scott, but this gun retains the forend to the receiver when taking the barrels off. I'll compare the latch with a couple of Scotts laying around.

Pipeliner, I agree on the wood. I have heard of Italian walnut, but have never seen it close enough to compare with French, English, Turkish, etc. I assume this is Italian walnut. Very pretty piece.

Steve, the "forend bolt" on the Toni and Scott seem to operate the same , moving a locking bolt forward when the latch is closed. Retracting it when the forend lever is lifted. The forend lever on the Scott seems to be closed by a spring, while the Toni requires one to push it closed.
