It looked pretty nice in the photos somehow but when it arrived at the local hardware store/FFL, I was mortified. The wood at the stock head had been sanded below the metal and the bolting was loose.

I put it back in the box and it was on it's way back within the hour. Too bad."

Latin lesson for today ..........

Modus Operandi ....... The term "modus operandi" is a Latin term that describes an individual or group's habitual way of operating, which represents a discernible pattern.

Caveat Emptor ....... The term, "caveat emptor is a Latin term basically meaning "Let the buyer beware."

English lesson for today .........

If the shoe fits, wear it ........ a commonly used colloquialism meaning "If it applies to you make use of it".
