btbell, Is it possible you could post photos Here, of the Dubiel rifles you have linked at another site. I’m getting photobucket cover ups and some guy holding dead coyotes trying to sell suppressors. Many here are not members to that site so don’t have access to that site but we would like to see easy accessible photos Here. Thanks for posting! Everyone loves a Dubiel!

I would be happy to, especially as I first found info on Dubiel here on DoubleGunBBS, courtesy of Michael Petrov.
My issue is that all my photos are located on my computer, and while RFC allows me to upload them to the site, DoubleGunBBS appears to require that I put them on a photo hosting provider (imgur, photobucket), and then provide a link.
I've so far resisted doing this, but since it seems to be a problem, I'll see what i can do.
If you have suggestions, please PM me.
BTW, the "Forum Help" link (bottom right of the page) appears to be broken.

I once owned a John Dubiel high wall in 35 WCF. It came to me from Jim Waldron. When I described it to Michael Petrov, he sent me a copy of a letter detailing its construction for the president of Western Cartridge Co. I later sold the rifle to Mark Bennenson. All these men are gone now and missed. I'm curious about the location of the rifle . It was unique among high walls with a custom lever latch similar to a Ruger #1.

btbell, That's the rifle I mentioned. It was good to see it again. I only wish now it was at home in my safe. Thanks much.
