Guess I just have too much pride to pay that kinda $ for a copy, made by the descendants of the little yellow monkeys that started America into WW2 via Pearl Harbor. The Japs are great copiers of the designs and mechanisms of members of the White Christian World--not so much with winning Nobel Prizes for original inventions- where was their Tom Edison or Nicoli Tesla, their Marconi, James Watt, Eli Whitney, Sam Colt, E. Remington, John Browning, John Garand, John T. Thompson. Even their Nambu pistol was a cheap copy (sans toggle action) or Georg Luger's genius design. No sirree-I'll take a Trojan 20 over and friggin' Repro any ay, hand runnin"-- RWTF

Yes Foxie is indeed polluting this thread. Does anyone wonder why Foxie is not equally critical of Bob Cash's Japanese Brownings? And he is joined by several others who would be howling and moaning if someone like jOe had engaged in the same For Sale section rules violations.

But there are obviously two sets of rules here, and certain "special" people will never be "moderated" or censored. They will cry to Dave, and tell him how he should run this forum, and you will rarely, if ever, see their name on the donor list.

Despite my past differences with ed, at least he is honorable enough to pay Dave the fee for selling guns here... instead of claiming they were sold on another site.

Fat chance these comments will get past the censorship board... even though every word I wrote is 100% true and accurate.

Apparently Ed the Torch didn't read my post. These guns are not rare, but maybe Gerry will send Ed a check for eight grand and get a nice $3200 gun in the mail, shipping prepaid by Ed. A 7 plus pound Jap Parker is a great shooting gun, but so is a 6 1/4 pound Meriden Parker.
