I just finished a pair of Parker barrels. I used what has become my prefered method, 1 Wash and scrub with a steel brush the barrels using Simple Green concentrate. I do this twice using a graden hose to wash them off. Hang and let dry and then apply Brownells rust blue. Take a two hour nap and then boil them. I use a carding wheel to get the loose black rust off then I repete the process. Here in LA 2 hours is lots of rusting time. After the second rust I boil and card them again. I use CLEAN 0000 steel wool to card any tough to get areas. I then wipe them down with axel grease and let it set for 24 hours. Very good results! bill

NO, FFL, just an old guy trying to save nice doubles. This two barrel "D" Parker has required a new stock, polish trigger guard and niter blue, draw file and HAND polish both sets of barrels. It would have been a parts gun if I had to pay someone to do this much work.
