David's fine. I spoke with him on Tuesday.

He and my wife share the same birth date, July 18. David turned 80 and I'm not tellin' how young my wife is.(Discretion is the better part of my longevity...)

About 6 months ago I tried to contact him about a couple of Reilly's he posted a few years ago which were supposedly owned by Empress Eugenie, Napoleon III's wife. I sent e-mails. Rocketman gave me a little info on him. Then a couple of months ago he sent me a PM on this board using his traditional "crossedchisels" address asking that I contact him by e-mail. I did. No response. I'm still curious about the Reilly's.

He rarely responds to his emails these days - claims Comcast is all messed up.

I nearly always get through when I telephone him.
