500 Guns is about the only place I can think of. Its on the west side of Indy in Speedway. The man who owns it, Joe is a big game hunter and is in to double rifles. Also, Cabelas in Boblesville (just north of Indy) for what thats worth.

The Indiana gun club used to have a bunch of guns but never many side by sides. Lots of trap and skeet guns.

There was a store in Plainfield, IN called Galyan's that was bought out by Dick's. What a shame!!! that store was great for shopping in the middle/late 60's. They had a selection of the highest grade Browning o/u's that would make you weep! \

Doug; Galyans most certainly did have the Browning superposed! Unfortunately, they too have gone the way of progress and now sell pretty much just sporting goods like tennis shoes, gym shorts, etc. and maybe a few nice new guns (a little better than the Walmart selection last time I was there) but sadly, the old Galyans with the fine guns is long gone.

Galyan's is where I saw my first nice s x s, a model 23 Winchester. Set me on a lifetime path of shooting double guns. Also used to go up to Planfield to Scott's dog supply. At one time David Trevallion was located in Indy. Were more birds in Indiana back then.
