This site has been a dead end for several years from what I have been able to find out and gather. Do not know of anyone who ever got a pellet from them. Why the site if they do not deliver? Maybe they got scared over patent infringement and are just waiting to find out if they can sell legal Bismuth pellets. Maybe it is the Bismuth patent holder just seeing who is trying to get around their patent.
The patent was written so broadly and granted by such a idiot that they have the license to "all Bismuth pellets" if you read the patent they applied for and were granted. Now I suspect that a real smart patent attorney might prove the patent was not a valid patent application and hence is not enforcible. But the last patent that I had to defend cost me $1,500/ hour for the trial and that bill was for 24 hours a day while the trial went on. After three weeks it was real money, and a lot of it, not to mention the $100,000.00 in advance that we had to pay. Thank heaven our side won and the loser ended up paying.
