JohnfromUK Sidelock Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 459 Likes: 12	No. In the UK, Merkels are not common, but most are 28" O/U guns. Some shorter (26", 27") and I have once seen a 30". Generally s/s are seldom seen. Model 303E is a fine well engineered gun, with lovely handling.

However Merkel did market a 30" Sporter SxS that had fixed chokes of SKT/IC in both straight and pistol grip several years ago. Can�t recall if they were SxS or OU. I�ve seen one German made 34� OU in 20 gauge. It was quite the gun. I�d love to own a 32� Merkel SxS.
