So nice to hear, Miller! I don't know that my prayers carry much weight, but you've been in them nonetheless. I would strongly second Milt's advice; it is sound.
Having you around and fit is def. something to look forward to and I shall, along w/many others here that value you, greatly.
We'd not have had the recent fun of discussing pellet behavior in patterns w/o your astute observational qualities. I'm sorely tempted to contemplate wot might have taken place w/a restorative, had you the inclination and now I find myself pondering second hand sour, in the proximate, of course.
There was a European spoof on the classic Western movie titled Lemonade Joe made some years ago; Netflix had it. They may still have, I dunno, but I'd expect you might get a laugh from it. I did.

Miller, the "bad news" sounds goo to me! And the "good news" is also gladly received. Keep positive and take it easy with the post treatment recovery. I suspect you'll find yourself hit harder than you hope, but I'm sure you'll get through it.
