I'm looking for a rifle to borrow to photograph for Sports Afield Classic Issue (Oct. 2017). I've done a story about a Fred Adolph shotgun (borrowed) but haven't been able to locate a sporting rifle.

Sports Afield's Classic issue is mostly vintage stories and it would be appropriate do write one about a vintage rifle. I'd need the rifle by June 1st for about two weeks.

It may seem a stretch to ask to borrow a rifle but folks send me guns to photograph all the time and this would be free professional photography for the owner, not to mention the publicity of their collectable.

I have one rifle offered by a a generous member here. Does anyone else have pics or can take professional quality pics of an Adolph hunting rifle?

Many thanks for all of the offers of photos of Adolph rifles!
I will have a rifle in my shop to examine and record and more pics than I can possibly use to illustrate the column.
