Gentlemen,
here in Europe they are known as 'FN-Brownings' or just Brownings.
All made by FN (Fabrique Nationale) - these are original Brownings.
American Rifleman had a good write up on J.M.Browning and how he came to Belgium with his patents after some problems, I believe with Winchester in the U.S., at the time.
Most 'Brownings' are now made in Japan by Miroku, apart from the original, handmade B25 (and, I believe, some new expensive models made by FN in Belgium)
I attach a pic of my 1974 B25 B2 'Special Trap' engraved by R. Bee, sister of P. Bee, one of the better engravers at FN at the time.
