If anyone out there has one of these I would like to collect some data from them. I finally got one and the serial number is 1143, right among the list in Michael's book which had 1140, 1149 & 1152. This is the first Sedgley I have in which the assembly number is the last two digits of the serial number, so I wonder if the other DPD guns are the same. Plus there is a small number 6 on the band for the rear sight which is duplicated on the barrel and stock, this number could be an indication of the number of the DPD gun. Since mine is 1143 and 6, that might indicate that they started at 1138 and 1 which would make 1152 be 15 in the DPD series. But I need some other data before I can make any assumptions.

I think all of the Denver Police Sedgleys are in nice condition, they must not have used them during the 50 years they had them.

I will be there for sure and I talked with Monte and he will there this time.
