Thats a nice video. Purdey should send some of those men in the shop to the main store so they can teach the "less than friendly" store guys how to act.

I recently "bought" an item from Purdey via internet. Then I got an email from Purdy that the item was "out of stock." I replied asking when, or if, the item would be back "in stock." No reply.

I recently purchased an item online (bore brush Cap) from Purdey and while pricey it arrived quickly and nicely wrapped.

Online purchasing is a crap shoot sometimes.

As for responding to emails I believe they may be a little overwhelmed as I too am still waiting for a reply to a question relating to a Purdey gun I purchased
