I got impatient while sifting through the results for various searches so I am going to ask you all to repeat something you have probably done multiple times.

What's the cloth or paper that I thought started with "F" that you use to clean/polish bores? Thanks!

Shoot straight,

Bird

Pretty sure you're not talking about Flitz, Jeff? Don't believe that's for bores, but supposedly good to clean bluing. Have never used it myself for that purpose either.

I have never used the Frontier Pads, but the stainless steel scouring pads from the hardware or grocery store seem to work just fine. The boys at Ivory Beads turned me on to that tip. Works well on the outside bluing without damaging anything.
