The Minneapolis Gun Club, located in Prior Lake, MN, recently hosted their first Vintage Gun Shoot. They had four categories. Pump Guns, Semi-Auto, Any gun with a Cutts Compensator and Side by Sides. All guns had to be manufactured prior to 1964. It was interesting to note that a Side by Side, shoulderd by Hunter Davis, bested all the other "new fangled" repeators. A number 2 Frame Parker won the trap and the 5-stand events. The results show that side by sides can still be "Top Guns". Check them out for next year's event.
