Hi all, while many of you are planning on attending the many SxS events across the country, we had our first NoDak SxS today. The host of the event was Wade Burns, it was held at his place and a wonderful time was had by all. Myself, my boys, Greg (Wade's friend, the other Greg), Wade's lovely wife Christina and her friends Reanna and Mary attended. At the beginning, Wade had a cookout of Buffalo Burgers and all the fixins, it was great!

We were shooting both vintage and modern guns. We didn't keep and scores, but there were plenty of hits and misses. It didn't matter because we all had fun...and that's what counts.

Here are some pics of this very enjoyable day.

Thanks Wade & Christina for a great day!

Greg

Nice pics. Looks like a great time.

Looks like nice, open country. Where are all the drilling operations? I thought that was all you had in ND these days.

Looks like great fun and impressive collection of guns. As an old Minnesota guy, I have to say that weather looks pretty nice for this time of year.

I've been wondering if with all that new oil money, will there be a Beretta Gallery opening in Minot soon?

Yes, but the two girls in the picture look like they were thinking, "ya know, I could have been trying on that new pair of shoes right about now" smile

That looks like a ton of fun - although it's a good thing scores weren't kept or you would have been disqualified Greg - I see that O/U you slipped in there. ;-)

As a former rural Minnesota boy myself, I sure do miss the open space like that. And if every future winter were as mild as this last one, I may consider returning.

p.s. Do you need help setting the clock on your camera? ;-)

Hi, well the O/U is the "other" Greg's, I don't own a O/U, and yes, I should set the clock on my camera!!! To lazy however.

BTW, Wades wife Christina is a very good shot!! Wade taught her well!

Thanks all for the kind words and comments!

All the best!

Greg
