OK, find me another like it at what you consider a 'fair price'. The last one I bought for a client was at Holt's and it cost him 40,000 by the time all the expenses were done with. He spent another 1,800 on re-finishing and adjustment. Now he has to get it over to the US.

Mine is ready now, cased, fully refurbished and available in the US immediately. Shall I make out the invoice to Mr Eightbore or will Mrs Eightbore be buying it for a belated Valentines day gift? wink

Dig,

That is a crackin 20 bore O/U on your site, be interesting to know who had a hand in making it at the time. Nelson, Chapman, Weiss, O'Brian, Trevallian come to mind. I am surprised its not gone already --in light of the dearth of Peterson guns on the market, I suppose there is a lot to choose from out there

I only got it ready for sale about ten days ago.

It was made 1959.

I may get down to South Audley Street and dig out the books if I have time.

Have a look on the Latest News page, then click on 'From the Workshop' and you can see another 20-bore Purdey I just re-finished for a client in the US. That one came up well too!
