In the description of the O/U rifle, J.C Munnel suggests that the regulating wedge was not finished.
I tend to disagree, and feel the protrusion was left there to protect the muzzles from damage.
I have previously seen this feature, but cannot recall exactly where at this time.
Why the gun will not regulate is another matter IMHO.
The fact of two very different chamberings may be the answer.
I would welcome his comment on this.
