I don't know the actual size, but it will be a Metric measurment. You could try asking on line as Beretta do have their own website. An alternative would to ask the Importer of the firearm.

Not exactly the reply you were asking for but tips that may get you correct answer.

I was thinking I took mine off with an 11 or 12 mm.

6MM. If you have a L-shaped 6mm hex wrench, saw off the short end, stick the long end in a 6mm socket, then attach the socket to a driver, and you're in business.
