Colleagues, I have for trade a Stevens 44 single trigger SG action in good shape (photos today) and a trapdoor Springfield parts rifle. Also have a cut-down issue Borchardt with uncut barrel and very clean action, plus a very few wall parts. I'm seeking other wall parts including a receiver, plus also need a few trapdoor lock parts including a bridle.
I'm really not a Stevens fancier, I like walls and Martinis and Borchardts. Someone here needs to swap me out of this 44 action(grin)! Regards, Joe

Joe,
I could use a couple of knockoff springs if you have any in your stash of 'wall parts.
Someone needs to snap up that Stevens action...the most accurate .22RF I own is built on one.

Greg, let me check my parts box and I'll let you know.
Meanwhile, the Borchardt gets mailed out Monday and the 44 action is under consideration by a member. It's not a bad little action, sure wish it was a low wall though (grin). Best, Joe

Those little Stevens make up into NICE .22 rimfires. Nice simple trigger system makes it easy to get a really good trigger...just be sure and harden the engagement surfaces.
Getting ready to barrel up another low wall (hence the need for knockoff spring)...this one in .25-20 WCF...I scored one of the few remaining #2 octagon blanks that Green Mountain made a special run of a few years ago.

Thanks for the gentle reminder, Greg! I'll mail you my only kicker spring ASAP, I'm assuming (?!) that you need the standard non-SST spring.
I also have a high wall hammer that needs to be traded for a low wall hammer. Yes, I know that it works as-is and can even be cut down but then that would waste a perfectly good high wall shape that someone somewhere probably needs(grin).
Also need a standard wall sear. Best, Joe

Sorry for the late reply, Joe...been on a "shooting vacation" for the past few days. Yes, I need the standard knock-off spring.
Don't have any extra 'wall parts of my own...seems I'm always looking for orphaned parts to complete project actions of one form or the other.
One of the nice machineists who frequent this forum should wire-EDM us a stack of sears...
Greg
