I'm thinking that many people see that and that the price will reflect the potential.

Not an inexpensive project though, the gun certainly has some issues. The action may or may not be able to be saved, same goes for the bolt.

SKB,
I don't have a 410 handy to measure but I think the 410 rim is about .536 while the .303 is .540, were you thinking there would be a case rim problem when you said the bolt may need to be replaced? I could be wrong but please let me know your concern?

that was one of my concerns. The 2 added studs near the stripper clip slot and the fixed mag box all add the the concern as to what actually was done to achieve the conversion.

Sure would be one elegant rabbit gun. I wonder if it works as a repeater? I would buy it and worry about the details later.

The description says the magazine is now fixed. Everyone needs a single shot bolt gun.....me included.

Mike or anyone else considering bidding on this piece...I would advise that you be sure it is legal to import the piece. BATF (or whatever it is called these days) might not allow it....at least that is what I read on one of the overseas auction sites. All I am saying is look before you leap!

I know it's not allowed. Any Mauser action with the thumb recess used to reload is banned.
