I thought the group would enjoy the 16ga L C Smith that Ken engraved for me left side has a Bobwhite, Right side has a California Quail, something different on the top, the breast feathers of a quail. If you have never met Ken, you should, a great guy, quick results and great to do business with, and a lot less than an RBL. James,
That is magnificent. I saw the feathers on the top of the action when I visited Ken. They look even better in person. Great photos but they do not do the result justice. You are a lucky man to have had a chance to work with a very creative and talented gentleman. Enjoy a lifetime of pleasure with it.

That's beautiful. Good for you. I'm planning on having my LC 16ga FW Field Grade to be customized too. Tell me how do they take a +80pct case color into the white before engraving.

WOW!!! Ken, you did good. And without wearing socks. Amazing. And I thought the Baker was special. Love the feather detail on the top of the frame. Did you carry any of the work over on the barrel? Randy

As Mr. Glenn Fewless says " Thank you gentlemans" glad y'all like it and no RMC --- no shoes or socks. Thats why they call us tarheels. Mr. shoot & R. , the skeleton of the gun is annealed , hand polished, followed by engraving and re-case hardened.
Mr. Channing, I'll have those pictures shortly. There is two quail on each side with 100% scroll coverage.
