My barrels have returned from Amherst. The choke and chamber work is excellent. Mike also repaired a dent for me and the job is first class.
Now... who to rust blue?
Has anyone used Briley? Turnbull?
Any real life experience with turn around time with either place?
I can deal with a few months.... but I'd rather not get into years again.

I have used Charles Danner and I know a lot of well known dealers (one of them referred me to him) have used him in the past. I sent him the barrels from a few Parkers and was very happy with the results. He is a very good rust bluer and he can also fix dents. He is fair and honest and doesnt take forever either. Here is a link to his page. http://dannergunsmithing.com/page002.aspx

Have had barrel refinishing done by Dale Edmonds,816-44402040 and Buck Hamlin, 636-479-4304. Both do excellent work and have been quick turn around. Both also do great damascus work.

Craftguard in Waterloo Iowa has always done excellent work and fast for me. I have always polished my own bbls though. They polish with muslin wheels and do a good job, but you can tell how they've been polished so I just do it myself. Generally the turn around for me is 2 weeks or so. Don't know what the time would be for a complete job, or how long the shipping would take, but it's less than 200 bucks if the barrels are in reasonably good shape.

The prettiest job I've ever seen was from Mr. Glen Fewless. But I don't know if he takes in work.

Thank-you all gentlemen.
I've made my selection, and will report back on the results.
