Looks like boxlock Baker with the top bit of the back of the action drawn back and angled up, minimal engraving, one screw on on one side of action with smaller set screw, other side just pins showing. Lightly colored and figured walnut(euro?) with ebony tip on forend. Twist barrels(might be laminated? )
Trigger plate has dog with patent info in circle around it "Aug 12 1884". Cheeks checkered.
What is it? Is very trim gun, very light and well balanced, still tight...tight bore for felt? .715 in both...zero pits but 2.75" chambers with the plug gauge?!
