I don't see a phone number, e-mail order form doesn't look like it has the internet security lock. I sent them an e-mail just under a week ago to see if they have the parts, no response yet. He has health issues and is a one-man shop. I had security concerns, too and did not like using my credit card online. But, he was the only one that had the parts I needed. I would use him again if I could not get what I needed elsewhere.
