Hi All, Just joined The Double Gun BBS. Based in the UK, looking to touch base with anybody interested and/or owning any W.R.Leeson guns or materials. I have developed an historic website at www.wrleeson.co.uk and are building up a register of Leeson guns throughtout the world. Would like to here from anybody on the matter. Please help if you can, Leeson went out of business following his death in 1934 and while I have collected a great deal about him, his family and his guns there is always more out there. Hope you can help. All the best, Adrian Macer info@wrleeson.co.uk

Welcome. I too live in England. I have put your site in my Favourites and will look out for Leeson guns when I go around the gunshops. I do recall seeing a double hammer 8 bore once which was cased. Lagopus.....

Thanks Adam,
Very much appreciate your searches. I am attempting to get hold of Briley's through his Youtube email connection but no luck yet, any ideas about an alternative method of contacting him??
Thanks again, any other Leeson contacts you discover, please do drop me a line,
All the best
Adrian

Adrian, I also stored your website with my favourites, if I find a Leeson I let you know. I am more closer to you, I live in Belgium, your website is full of valuable information. Marc.

Hi Adam,
Thanks for link, just looked at their site the Leeson is no longer listed, looks if I missed it. Have just sent an email to them via their "contact us" page, hopefully they might send me some details, live in hope. Many thanks for your message. Best regards Adrian

Hi Adam,
Thanks to you and your suggested web-link to Briley's site I was able to make contact with them and they have kindly sent me the images and details as used to list this 20 bore Bar in Wood gun they previously had listed. Its serial number 187 so a very early gun!! They were just about to delete all their original images and records following its sale, I just got to them in time - all thanks to you.
Many thanks for the lead, great work, hope to hear from you again sometime. Will let you know when this gun and another c.1910 20 bore sidelock ejector are uploaded.
All the best
Adrian Macer
