That is not a big bore, it is a cannon. I cannot for the life of me think of a use for it, except as a tank buster. I can see the trophy room now, with the front of Sherman tank coming out of the wall.

It's main use is exactly what the owner is using it for. "I've got the biggest."

One thing that's coming from their development is relatively high velocity, relatively low pressure loads for 'normal' 12ga slug hunters.
I don't recall the powders or loads with which they're getting the best success, but as I recall they've been using rifle powders and getting very consistent results in the deer-load range of performance as well as the full-house 12fh madness.

There's a lot of information on their 'road to success', and for the guys who want to run 12-bore type big game rifles that's the conversation to watch.

Yup -

Lots of zany stuff happening around that 12FH project.
Still the best I'm seeing from it is the work with rifle powders, low perssures, and swift velocities in normal plastic hulls and standard chambers.

My attitude says 'more power to them', they seem to be having fun with it!

I'm thinking what they are doing is just about how every round on the market got its start.
