I don't have very much detail on this album. This is one of two albums I found in Michael's items. The albums have vintage photos held in a scrap book style with some details on certain pages.

Did Gibbs have a Canadian operation in the early 1900s?

Gibbs had an importer or representation in Canada, the best I can recall. Two rifles came up for sale in the old Arms List or Shotgun News, about....15 years back, a little kurz Mauser and a Springfield, both full tilt. I missed both but Michael and I talked about them. He knew the background of the Gibbs/ Canada connection. May've been in Vancouver.
Makes me wonder if the Gibbs Springfield is pictured above. Can't have been very many of those made.
