They are at 189 Nichols in Omark, WA, 98841. They make and install barrel liners for low pressure cartridges ONLY, such as 25/20, 32/20, 44/40, 45/70, and some rimfire calibers. That's not the same as "sleeving," but maybe that's what you want. The number is 509 826 5512.
